Product details

1、 Overview:

Sulfate radical rapid analyzerVery suitable for determining the sulfuric acid content in chrome plating solutions. The method of using a centrifuge to rapidly rotate (1400 revolutions per minute) to precipitate barium sulfate and determine the sulfate content in a solution is easy to operate and greatly improves the reliability and accuracy of the analysis results. The sulfuric acid rapid analyzer is easy to operate and can be used for on-site rapid analysis in chrome plating production workshops, accurately controlling the sulfuric acid content in chrome plating tanks. It can also be extended to rapid determination of sulfate content in other solutions.

IISulfate radical rapid analyzer

6. Weight: 15kg
7. Dimensions: 390 × 390 × 350mm

4、 Reagent preparation:
Reagent specifications: ① Hydrochloric acid: analytical grade; ② Barium chloride: analytical grade; ③ Anhydrous sodium sulfate: analytical purity content greater than 99%

Reagent preparation: ① Standard solution: Accurately weigh 3.620 grams of anhydrous sodium sulfate, dissolve it in 500 milliliters of distilled water, transfer it into a 1000 milliliter volumetric flask, dilute to the mark, cover and shake well. This standard solution is equivalent to a sulfuric acid content of 2.5 grams per liter 25% Barium Chloride Solution: Dissolve 250 grams of analytical grade barium chloride in 1000 milliliters of distilled water 3: 1 hydrochloric acid solution: Mix 3 volumes of hydrochloric acid and 1 volume of distilled water.

5、 Analysis method:
① Take the chrome plating solution (if the solution is not clean, filter it) and cool it to room temperature. Use a 20ml pipette to take 20ml of the above chrome plating solution and place it in a centrifuge tube. Add 5ml of 3:1 hydrochloric acid to the pipette, cover and shake well. Add 5ml of 25% barium chloride solution, cover and shake well.
② Take 20 milliliters of standard solution from another 20 milliliter pipette and transfer it to another centrifuge tube. Add 5 milliliters of analytical grade hydrochloric acid to the pipette, cover and shake well. Add 5 milliliters of 25% barium chloride solution, cover and shake well.
③ Place the above two detached heart tubes into the sulfate radical rapid analyzer and operate in the following order:
Check for accuracy and cover the lid - check and adjust the speed regulator to zero position - turn on the power - set the instrument timer to the 5-minute position - gradually increase the speed regulator to 1400 rpm. Short term shaking during the speed regulation process is a normal phenomenon. When the centrifuge reaches the set working time and automatically stops rotating, turn the speed regulator back to zero, turn off the power switch, wait for about 1 minute, and then take out two centrifuge tubes separately. Read the scale values of these two centrifuge tubes according to the height of the white sediment.
④ Sulfuric acid content calculation: Sulfuric acid content (g/L)=scale value of chrome plating solution centrifuge tube × 2.5/scale value of standard solution centrifuge tube

5、 Attention:

① Users should strictly follow the instructions of the analysis method and conduct experiments according to the order of adding each substance as stated. After adding hydrochloric acid to the test solution, shake it thoroughly to avoid unnecessary errors.

② After the two centrifuge tubes are filled with the solution, it is recommended to weigh them with a balance and ensure that both ends are balanced.

③ During the measurement process, it is necessary to gradually increase the speed step by step. After adjusting each gear, wait10Adjust to the next gear after seconds, otherwise the centrifuge tube may be broken due to the unstable force point.

④ The centrifuge tubes have undergone calibration and balanced pairing, and should be used in pairs. It is strictly prohibited to tap the lower scale tube of the centrifuge tube with fingers, as this can easily cause the centrifuge tube to break!

⑤ After the measurement is completed, immediately adjust the speed controller to zero position and turn off the power, and clean the centrifuge tube, pipette, etc. in a timely manner.

⑥ The centrifuge should be placed horizontally, steadily, and firmly! It is strictly prohibited to invert.
